HER IIMPRINT SHIPPING POLICY
How it Works
Processing and Shipping policy for HER iiMPRiNT as follows:
Processing Time: For non-custom orders, the processing time is 1-2 days, that does not include days we are closed. For custom items, it will be case by case, and will be discussed with customer directly. The processing time does not include our delivery time. Processing and Shipping time frames are separate.
Shipping: Shipping fees are shown at check out. We ship via USPS only as of now. Shipping time frame is between 1-3 mailing days (Everyone loves fast shipping), depending on where you are located. Once we deliver the item to USPS, you will receive a tracking number.
Once USPS is in possession of your package, we cannot guarantee the time frame USPS provided. Any delays, you must contact them directly.
By placing an order on our website, you agree that you have read and understood that USPS delays are completely out of our control.
Orders showing DELIVERED, but you state they have not been received.
Please contact USPS first for assistance with recovering your misdelivered items. If they are unable to provide a solution to recover your items, please email us at heriimprint@gmail.com

All sales are final , Once tracking number has been issued , we will not be able to cancel or make changes to your order.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately (upon arrival) if the items are damaged or the wrong item was received.
